If you have any complaints about our products or services please let us know by email to, by phone to 020 8682 9140, or in writing to our office address.  We may ask for confirmation in writing.

You should expect to receive acknowledgement of your complaint within 2 business days.  If you do not receive acknowledgement please try an alternative contact method (for example if you contacted initially by email, try again by phone).

If your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction then please contact our Managing Director – Julian Perry via our office phone number.
